About BTO
Strategic alignment, portfolio governance, and execution visibility across CPF’s transformation agenda.
BTO Programme Mandate
The Business Transformation Office (BTO) exists to ensure that CPF's strategic initiatives are tracked, reported, coordinated, and escalated with discipline. Its mandate covers four core functions:
1. Initiative Portfolio Tracking
Maintaining an accurate, current, and credible view of all active transformation initiatives across CPF Group, including status, owners, milestones, and risks. The BTO Enterprise Tracker is the single authoritative record.
2. Transformation Governance Reporting
Preparing and distributing the weekly BTO Execution Review pack, bi-weekly GED Execution Review inputs, monthly TSC pack, and quarterly Board Update materials.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Proactively identifying and resolving cross-departmental dependencies, bottlenecks, and coordination gaps that would otherwise delay initiative delivery.
4. Execution Risk Escalation
Flagging risks, delays, and blockers to the appropriate leadership level within defined timeframes, ensuring that no critical issue goes unaddressed.
